Carter's in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will celebrate new parents, guide them to baby essentials, and prepare for school readiness while fostering an inclusive team culture.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and excellent customer service to strengthen our brand experience. As a leader on the sales floor, you will manage staffing, training, and performance, while partnering with the Store Manager

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail or related management experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
Coach others to achieve service standards and omnichannel experiences.
Analyze business performance and drive KPIs with the team.
Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of staff.
Support merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
