Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll guide the team, train staff, and ensure an engaging shopping experience while delivering results.

The role requires a positive leadership style and a hands-on approach to coaching and development on the sales floor. You will manage schedules, maintain brand standards, and drive KPIs through effective communication and collaboration with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management on the sales floor with a customer-focused approach.
• Welcome customers and promote product styles, features, and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
