• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding inspection results, recommendations, costs, and timelines.
• Explain repairs and warranty coverage in clear terms at vehicle pickup.
• Work with technicians, parts staff, and service management to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Monitor repair orders and address delays or changes proactively.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat service business.
