Job summary

Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss vehicle concerns, and manage repair orders in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and the ability to explain maintenance options while coordinating with technicians and management. Prior sales or customer service experience is valued, and training is provided for automotive processes.

• Comfortable explaining options and making service recommendations
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Comfortable using computers, texting, and email
• Willing to learn automotive maintenance, repairs, and Volkswagen processes
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Available to work Saturdays as scheduled

Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is a family-owned and operated dealership that has served the Coastal Bend for more than 16 years. We are hiring a Service Advisor who is organized, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload. Automotive experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person. Candidates must have prior sales, retail, and/or customer service experience and be comfortable explaining service recommendations to customers.

Experience in automotive service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, insurance, wireless sales, or another fast-paced customer-facing position can be a good fit for this role.
