Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store metrics through customer engagement and events.
• Build relationships with customers, team, and community to create memorable experiences.
• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service and resolving inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Support selling behaviors and product knowledge, sharing daily goals and coaching teammates.
• Leverage selling tools and devices to communicate inventory and product features for omnichannel service.
• Maintain policy knowledge and keep the team informed about products, promotions, and events.
• Foster positive store culture and celebrate team achievements.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness in selling areas and fitting rooms.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas.
