Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a part-time Retail - Sales Associate and Cashier. You will help customers shop, locate products, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash and processing transactions.

You will also assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual standards through planograms. Flexibility for evenings/weekends may be required, and experience with framing services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them locate products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle transactions to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) compliance.
• Support store recovery and merchandise flow, including returns and go-back process.
