Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Team Member in Santa Ana, CA. You will help customers, stock merchandise, and provide a fast checkout experience, while promoting the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintaining a well-merchandised store. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and comfortable working nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence
• Maintain store recovery, including returns and go-backs
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties
• Assist shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; act as a role model for team members
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
