Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or district office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to general questions or applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers, offering clear solutions and support.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process all transactions accurately per policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete required trainings.
