Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and respond to general questions or applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawers, and assist with deposits as required.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy.
