Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Relationship Banking Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering a customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties in our branch network.

You will listen to customers, educate them on products and digital tools, open and service accounts, process transactions, and coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues while following all policies, procedures and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or banking experience.
• Ability to travel to training sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional, and personalized customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on features and tools.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with balance discrepancies, debit card issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Refer customers to specialists for complex financial needs.
• Support branch goals through needs-based conversations and relationship building.
