Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) – Community Bank, N.A. seeks a Relationship Banking Representative to deliver a customer-centric banking experience across teller and desk duties. You will educate customers on products, guide digital tools, and coordinate with internal partners for resolution.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, opening/closing accounts, wire transfers, and providing proactive service while adhering to bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience recommended.
• Ability to attend a 5–7 day training program; travel may be required; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby and guide their in-branch journey.
• Process everyday banking transactions and educate customers on features and digital tools.
• Assist customers with issues such as balance discrepancies and debit card concerns.
• Educate customers on digital banking and self-service options to improve engagement.
• Meet branch goals by engaging in needs-based conversations and relationship-building.
