Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from estimate through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, approve submittals, schedule with production, and ensure the customer ship date is met while maintaining project profitability.

You will be the primary contact for customers and vendors, oversee the project team, prepare change orders, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements to ensure 100% satisfaction on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to read schematics/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer’s voice in Oldcastle Infrastructure facilities.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead turnover meetings at point of sale to ensure clear scope, complete paperwork, and alignment with customer ship dates.
• Serve as the main customer/vendor contact and monitor costs and schedule from sale to delivery.
• Provide direction to engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly when requested by owners, clients or engineers.
• Monitor progress and proactively problem-solve to avoid delays and improve processes.
