Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using the tablet and queue system.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with policies.
