• Review pipeline applications and manage queue to maximize production and referrals.
• Provide excellent service and product knowledge; respond to member requests promptly.
• Develop strong relationships with members to ensure ongoing financial partnerships.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with consumer lending requests professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of lending regulations and internal policies; ensure compliance.
• Prepare and verify documentation for loan files and funding.
