Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and growing client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills; able to tailor features and benefits to diverse client needs.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail to resolve client issues.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree or equivalent; the SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings; willingness to comply with regulatory lending and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
