Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and support clients with everyday banking needs. You will help opening accounts, using digital tools like the Chase Mobile App, and ensure compliance while guiding customers through financial options.

The role emphasizes building relationships, listening to client goals, and collaborating with branch teams to achieve success in a diverse community. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentive service.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
