Qualifications

• Experience in client service or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to learn products, procedures, and technology quickly.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking in clients, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATM usage.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to meet clients' goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM management per bank policies.
