Job summary

Citizens is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers, assist with transactions, and guide them to the best banking solutions. You will demonstrate how to use the mobile app and ATMs, provide personalized advice, and connect customers to Bankers for the next steps.

Strong communication and listening skills are essential. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work weekends/evenings, and comfort with digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies and assist with transactions
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple transactions
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions
• Follow all policies and cash handling procedures and comply with state/local regulations
