Job summary

Citizens Bank in Cranston, RI seeks a Teller to greet customers, process transactions, and demonstrate mobile app usage. You will help customers reach their financial goals by offering personalized service and connecting them with bankers for more complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of transaction processing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer experience with recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must complete a video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with simple transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to customers.
• Provide personalized financial guidance and connect customers to bankers for next steps.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits.
• Support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
