Responsibilities

• Schedule service work and sell additional services to customers.
• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Advise customers on vehicle care based on manufacturers’ specifications.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and manage repair orders.
