LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell additional services. You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, and communicate repairs and estimates clearly.

The role emphasizes CSI maintenance, accurate repair orders, and building lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Maintain the standard for hours per customer repair order written.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly and professional manner; communicate to determine nature of mechanical problems.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain customer approval.
• Establish and maintain payment method; obtain approval of credit if necessary.
• Follow up progress of each repair order and communicate changes to customers.
