This position requires at least a high school diploma and one year of customer service or clerical experience. A valid Texas driver’s license may be required for city vehicle duties, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and utility

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.

• Serve as the initial point of contact to receive and address customer concerns, questions, or complaints.
• Enter and maintain records and customer call information in the database.
• Process payments and maintain inventory control.
• Drive a City vehicle for City business use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
