Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents by internal coding and Lot number; upload documents for each sale.
• Communicate with multiple departments and customers for documents (LOLCs, Purge Documents, etc.).
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Deliver superior customer service to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and take personal safety responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
