Job summary

Beck Propane seeks a Customer Service Specialist to be at the center of customer communication, partnering with the General Manager, Service Center, and delivery teams to ensure customers get what they need, accurately and on time.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, support retention efforts, and assist with billing, routing, and forecasting while keeping records updated and error-free.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details accurately across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support retention efforts by resolving concerns, following up, and closing issues.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations and update customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and billing forecasts.
