Job summary

Beck Propane is dedicated to reliable, responsive service that keeps homes warm and communities powered. You’ll be at the center of customer communication, turning questions and issues into long-term relationships, collaborating with the General Manager, Service Center, and delivery teams to ensure customers receive what they need accurately and on time.

In this role you’ll handle calls, support retention and billing accuracy, and contribute to smooth operations across our service areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details accurately across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support growth and retention by resolving concerns and following up until full closure.
• Assist with outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations and update customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation and billing accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations as needed.
