The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Must be onsite in Paso Robles, CA office, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage customer orders.
• Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments.
• Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems.
• Assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.
