Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the primary interface between customers and the company. You will actively manage customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or two years of related experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage customer orders.
• Work and interact with multiple intercompany departments.
• Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems.
• Assist external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.
