Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a Customer Care Rep I to be the primary interface between customers and the company, actively managing orders and coordinating with internal teams.

This onsite role requires strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and preferably plumbing industry experience. You will respond to questions, help solve problems, and support external users of our products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience.
Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Must be able to be onsite in Paso Robles, CA office, 5 days a week.

Identify, investigate and research user questions and problems.
Assist external users of the organization’s technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
