Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Manager of Regional Operation Support to lead regional customer service and operations, driving order management, backlog resolution, and customer satisfaction while aligning with corporate KPIs. This role emphasizes process improvements, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration across sales and service teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in relevant roles, strong data management, and proven leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years in customer service, operations, or a related field.
Detail-oriented with strong data management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication across organizational levels and with customers.
Ability to lead teams and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional customer service and operations to ensure efficient order management.
Drive process improvements, manage escalations, and align regional KPIs with corporate goals.
Manage regional sales backlog, product fulfillment, and customer relations.
Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and Service Center to meet sales targets and service quality.
Monitor inventory to control costs and maximize revenue.
