First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard are seeking agents to handle inbound calls from customers in Watertown, SD. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts with pay starting at $17.25–$19.15 per hour, plus monthly incentives and a 10% bilingual differential where applicable.

Training is extensive and paid, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. On-site roles require living within 50 miles or relocating.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about our products and services.
• Understand policies and procedures used for daily operations.
• Take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit.
• Achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.
