First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking agents to respond to and resolve customer issues related to account closures at our Watertown, SD site. You will educate customers on benefits and rewards for keeping accounts, and guide conversations with confidence and clear explanations.

Extensive paid training (up to 3 weeks) and ongoing development opportunities are offered. Competitive base pay, incentives, and a path for advancement support your growth in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures and regulations.
