Job summary

Infinite Pest Solutions is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Myers or remotely from Florida, North Carolina, or Idaho. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address questions and complaints, and schedule services with a focus on delivering fanatical service.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service or call center experience, can type 40+ WPM, and is proficient with CRM software and office tools.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• CRM software experience strongly preferred.
• Must type 40+ WPM with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Identify needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Schedule and plan services and appointments.
• Respond to calls, texts, voicemails and emails promptly.
• Coordinate with management, technicians and sales staff as needed.
