Infinite Pest Solutions is seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Representative to join our Fort Myers office or remote Florida-based team. You will handle a high-volume of calls, answer questions, resolve complaints, and schedule services to ensure a fanatical customer experience.

This in-person role in Fort Myers or remote option requires CRM experience, fast typing, and strong communication. We offer comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Call center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with CRM software strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and software.
• Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday OR 9 am to 6 pm.
• Must be able to type 40+ Words per Minute with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle many inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Identify and elevate issues to supervisors as needed
• Schedule and plan services and appointments
• Respond in a timely manner to customer calls, texts, voicemails and emails
• Answer calls from potential new clients and schedule our sales team to meet with them for free inspections
• Assist management, technicians and salespeople with day-to-day requests
• Collect service payments from customers and call/text/email past due accounts
• Communicate regularly with field technicians to coordinate service schedules and times

This Position is Eastern Standard Time - Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time Zone. This can be an in-office position in Fort Myers Florida, or a Remote position in Florida, North Carolina, or Idaho. Your Opportunity:

We are searching for a polite, professional Customer Service Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services. This position will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. This position is in-person at our Fort Myers office.
