Job summary

Massey Services, Brooksville, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle incoming calls courteously, resolve inquiries, billing questions and schedule service for Residential and Commercial Pest Prevention customers.

The role also involves outbound calls to confirm appointments, collect overdue payments, and may include daily reporting, updating accounts, accounts payable and HR/payroll tasks. A strong candidate will have high school education and excellent computer and typing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Previous experience with customer service on the phone.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills.
• Time management talent and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner; resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service.
• Outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments.
• Daily reporting; updating customer account information; accounts payable; human resource paperwork; payroll processing; etc.
