Zirrus is hiring a Customer CARE Specialist in Yadkinville, NC. The role is hybrid, combining office and remote work with a schedule Tue–Sat, 9am–6pm. You will handle phone, chat, and email support, addressing billing and service inquiries while using a one-call resolution mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM/billing systems and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required.

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with billing questions, payments, account updates, and service inquiries. Use a one-call resolution mindset to solve problems efficiently.
• Clearly explain invoices, proration, fees, and policies.
• Identify customer retention opportunities and apply effective save strategies.
• Recommend appropriate products and services.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and billing systems with accuracy.
• Review mobile orders in the Mobile Review Queue.
• Track projects and mobile-related activities in Monday.com.
• Support team training and share customer trend insights.
• Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
