Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge to clearly communicate features and promotions to customers.
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance in all customer interactions and processes.
• Interpret customer account financial standings, process payments, and provide invoices as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and contribute to improving the customer journey.
