Job summary

Future PLC is seeking a customer support specialist to act as the primary interface with customers across telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will assist users as they complete online comparisons and provide clear information on products and services.

You will work with Word, Excel and Google Suite to track inquiries and collaborate with the wider customer service team, ensuring customers access our exclusive offers and support when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers within a contact centre environment or face-to-face.
