Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person when needed.
• Process orders, transactions, repairs, and calibration requests.
• Coordinate with laboratories, logistics, vendors, and internal departments.
• Provide service updates, quotations, and delivery/pickup scheduling.
• Expedite requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in the CRM.
• Perform data entry and documentation per SOPs.
• Support onboarding and cross-functional workflow processes.
