Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with home improvement needs in an on-site store setting. You will greet customers, locate products, and provide friendly, reliable service throughout the shopping experience.

Roles involve assisting with merchandise, stock replenishment, and checkout support while opportunities to cross-train in other departments enhance career growth and customer outcomes.

Formación

• 6 months of computer experience or basic digital literacy.
• 6 months of experience with common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic required.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned
