Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and manage stock when needed to ensure visibility.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely pickup or receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the customer experience.
• Assist with department-specific tasks (e.g., paint, plumbing, hardware).
• Guide customers through checkout and resolve basic questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
