Pinnacle Propane in Texas is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle day-to-day front-office activities and support the Customer Care Supervisor. You will assist residential, commercial, and wholesale customers and ensure efficient service while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high computer skills.
• English fluent (verbal and written); knowledge of Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and handle customer queries.
• Adhere to assigned schedule and perform all tasks.
• Provide first-level support for customer complaints or issues.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly performance results to supervisor.
• Ensure satisfactory daily call answer rate and first-call resolutions.
