Job summary

Spherion is partnering with a growing medical device manufacturer in Madison, WI to find a Customer Care Representative. The role focuses on serving as a key contact for client orders, product inquiries, and account support.

The successful candidate will handle inbound calls and emails, process orders in Oracle ERP, and collaborate with logistics and sales to resolve questions. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience assisting international customers is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, and product details.
• Process customer orders and handle account updates accurately in Oracle ERP.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to resolve customer questions.
• Issue return merchandise authorizations and help with basic product troubleshooting.
• Participate in daily department meetings to discuss goals and team improvements.
