Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a role in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The position offers a 1st shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a wage of $23.21 per hour.

This is a potential-to-hire opportunity with immediate hiring for a team that supports customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will enter orders, communicate with customers about purchase orders, and assist the CSR team with quotes and other duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good attendance history is expected.
• Candidates should be accurate and quality-focused.
• Must be physically able to sit at a desk for 8 hours.
• Proficiency with computer systems and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the manufacturing system.
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
• Coordinate with drafting on order information.
• File and maintain paperwork for each order.
• Assist CSR team with quotes from the quotes queue.
• Take customer phone calls in backup capacity.
• May perform order processing duties for key accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
