Job summary

Server Products, a food and beverage technology company, seeks a Customer Care Representative to be the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, handling the full order process and helping customers choose the right equipment.

You will support domestic and international clients, process payments, coordinate shipments, write NCRs, and work with shipping and sales to ensure on-time delivery while delivering a seamless, empathetic customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve customer issues with empathy, patience, and listening.
• Experience with order entry and payment processing.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters all required information into computerized systems (order entry, repair orders, CRM, EDI, Amazon, auto quote).
• Serve as frontline contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails or live chats for domestic and international customers with accurate information on products, availability, lead time, pricing, order status.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolutions.
• Knowledgeable on Server equipment features and benefits; maintains knowledge base for troubleshooting.
• Writes detailed and accurate non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Process customer credit card payments through PayPal.
• Manage freight quotes with customer and shipping department.
• Participates in team meetings and completes required reports (planned orders, past due orders, order lead time).
• Performs other duties as required.
