This role supports clients by accurately entering and reviewing order details to ensure timely processing and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Experience with handling orders, pricing, credits, returns, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via email and phone.
• Handle high volume of customer care emails and calls.
• Provide product information and pricing; process credits and returns.
• Track orders and shipments; resolve inquiries; escalate when needed.
• Support dealers and Territory Managers; participate in training meetings.
