Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is seeking Customer Care Service Specialists with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This role fits an energetic individual who enjoys technology, interacting with people, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a generous benefits package and a pay range of $17–$20 per hour. Responsibilities include assisting customers by phone and email, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting managers with clerical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through all aspects of service and general inquiries via phone and email – ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Generate and prospect new customers through owner loyalty processes.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, aiming to minimize hold time.
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
