We offer competitive pay of $17–$20 per hour, a 9:30am–6:30pm schedule with one Saturday every other month, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for growth as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through all service inquiries via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and escalate when needed.
• Generate and prospect new customers through loyalty processes.
• Communicate professionally, minimizing hold times for callers.
• Support managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, courteous, and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and procedures to assist efficiently.
