The role emphasizes accurate data entry, escalation when needed, and teamwork within the customer care team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM tools

Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other business-related applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts
• Transportation industry experience preferred
