Job summary

RXO Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Customer Care to deliver exceptional service to customers and internal teams. You will audit calls, identify training opportunities, and submit weekly reports to leadership in a rapidly growing logistics environment.

You will train new hires, update procedures as needed, and help enhance the overall customer experience through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service Experience in a Call Center Environment.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review and score customer care calls for professionalism and RXO standards.
• Identify training opportunities and report to leadership.
• Create weekly department trend reports.
• Host monthly calibration meetings with leadership.
• Train new hires on policies and procedures.
• Update HD manual to improve customer experience.
• Provide top/bottom performer insights in weekly reports.
• Assist with additional projects as needed.
