You will resolve issues, coordinate requests, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous customer service, help desk, or technology support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and website submissions by developing strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate and manage service requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer support and timely communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide initial technical assistance with knowledge of systems and components.
• Accurately document and track customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects and service improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure customer expectations and response times are exceeded.
• Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and teams.
